Just wanted to share my relief after a stressful few days with my Pacifica Hybrid. Started getting warning lights about the electrical system and then one morning it just wouldn't start at all. I was panicking because these hybrids have complicated systems and I didn't trust a normal garage to touch it. Gave them a call and the guy was really knowledgeable, asked about the specific warnings and said it sounded like the auxiliary battery which is common on these. He came to my place in Al Zeina with the correct AGM battery, tested the old one first to confirm, then fitted it carefully making sure not to disturb any of the hybrid system connections. He even reset the warning lights and checked that everything was working properly. Car runs perfectly now and no more warnings. If you own a Chrysler hybrid in Abu Dhabi, definitely find someone who knows these cars rather than taking it to a general garage. Worth every dirham for the peace of mind.
